Meet Our Visionary Leader
Tasha Su’a, PhD (Hon.), is a visionary education leader, dynamic entrepreneur, and devoted mother of eight whose life’s work is fueled by a deep passion for transforming how children learn and thrive. As the Founder and CEO of Elite Performance Prep Academy—a rapidly growing microschool network—she is redefining education through a bold, personalized approach that empowers students to become confident, capable future leaders.
With more than two decades of impactful experience, Tasha has poured her heart into education, mentorship, and nonprofit leadership. Her commitment extends far beyond the classroom. Through her global nonprofit, she champions equitable access to education and vital resources for underserved communities, including life-changing youth programs in American Samoa—creating opportunities where they are needed most and inspiring hope for generations to come.
